Who is the program for?

This is for you if you fall under at least 2 categories:

  1. You wish to start a business of your own or currently own one
  2. You have been a freshman for over 2(two) months
  3. You wish to build skills in running operations, team building or growth hacking

Overview

This program offers a comprehensive exploration of a company's lifecycle, from its inception to its growth in a competitive market. Throughout the program, you'll collaborate with a small group of people to work on a real company, its products, funding cycles, and network with investors, founders, and seasoned professionals. Although startups can be challenging, by the end of the 8-week program, you'll have developed the confidence and creativity necessary to tackle such challenges, even when interning with other companies in this ecosystem.

Time Commitment: Every Tuesday and Thursday for 8-weeks

Duration: 2 Hrs/Session

Format: Online Live with Recordings

Guest: Weekly Networking with Founders and Investors

  2. Understanding an MVP
  3. Creating mvp that mimicks the original product more closely. Going manual or automatic
  4. No-Code tools to start and get going with all

  1. Identifying our strengths picking roles to deliver the best
  2. Delegating work to build a sustainable engine of work

Understanding the markets

  1. Identify the current momentum of your business
