Who is the program for?

This is for you if you fall under at least 2 categories:

  1. You wish to start a business of your own or currently own one
  2. You have been a freshman for over 2(two) months
  3. You wish to build skills in running operations, team building or growth hacking

Overview

This program offers a comprehensive exploration of a company's lifecycle, from its inception to its growth in a competitive market. Throughout the program, you'll collaborate with a small group of people to work on a real company, its products, funding cycles, and network with investors, founders, and seasoned professionals. Although startups can be challenging, by the end of the 8-week program, you'll have developed the confidence and creativity necessary to tackle such challenges, even when interning with other companies in this ecosystem.

Flow of the program

Time Commitment: Every Tuesday and Thursday for 8-weeks

Duration: 2 Hrs/Session

Format: Online Live with Recordings

Guest: Weekly Networking with Founders and Investors

  4. Picturing the next 8 weeks together (Deciding the company and scope)
  5. Goals of the company and deciding the vision

The Plan

  1. Creating an executable plan
  2. Building up Sprints and finding tools needed
  3. Splitting the work in roles and teams
  4. Painkillers vs Vitamins (understanding value prop of the company)

The Research

  1. Get the trends in the market, understanding momentum
  2. Summarize a way to test this out and conceptualize the formats
  3. Identifying the customers and demographics

The Product

  1. Creating a scope of features for the earliest version of the product
  2. Understanding an MVP
  3. Creating mvp that mimicks the original product more closely. Going manual or automatic
  4. No-Code tools to start and get going with all
  5. Building functionality

Forming a Team

  1. Identifying our strengths picking roles to deliver the best
  2. Delegating work to build a sustainable engine of work

Understanding the markets

  1. Identify the current momentum of your business
  2. Find the demand { What the world is leaning towards + Where can we plug in new behaviors pattern}
  3. Based on above point, find a sweet spot and publish a narrative.

Go-To-Market

  1. What is GTM and strategies
  2. Based on the trends from “the research”, setting up a pipeline for the testing
  3. A-B test
  4. navigating to your user in a natural fashion

Allocating Resources

  1. Managing personal finance with Bootstrapping
  2. Tools that can buy us free resources
  3. Burn-rate
  4. Expense-Income ratio

The First 100 users

  1. Mining the gold users (and ambassadors)
  2. Creating a personal experience and a customer journey
  3. Building a growth engine
  4. Iterate + Re-Iterate the above points

Network and Relationships

  1. Build a personal Connection
  2. Focusing on solving their problems

Investors

  1. Finding the leaders who actually cares
  2. Do your HW and cold outreach

  1. Listing all the data points about the status of your business
  2. Defining working metrics and on your operations

Legal

  1. Securing IP + Assets of the company

  1. Based on metrics and Trajectory, directing the company in the right direction
