If you create a new item in the board below and click on it, you'll see a grey button called "Blog Post" this is the default template for your post.

It has the Navigation and Footer built in. These are global blocks so if you change them here, you'll see the changes everywhere.

In every post but the last one in this template, there's a board with a filter to show 1 other post at the bottom. This has to be manually set for each post, and can be done using the filter option for the board, just type in a word from the title of the post you'd like to link. Or delete the board and the divider above to have just the footer at the bottom.
